What you can contact us about

• Signing in, your account or deleting your account.
• Problems recording invoices, payments or reminders.
• Billing, once paid plans are introduced.
• Privacy requests, such as asking for a copy of your data. Please put "Privacy request" in the subject line.
• Complaints. Please put "Complaint" in the subject line and tell us what happened and what you would like us to do.

We aim to reply as soon as we reasonably can. Privacy requests are answered within the time limits set by UK data protection law.

Please note

Please don't send us your customers' personal details unless we ask for them to resolve a problem. We can't contact your customers or chase payments on your behalf — Paid Sorted only tracks your invoices and reminds you.

You can delete your account and data yourself at any time from Account → Delete account.
